Rant!!!!!

Ok, as I sit here and eat my Wendy's bacon cheeseburger I am surfing the net for fun and cute things! And I have finally had it! This is gonna get long winded here but I gotta vent!

On almost every website for monogramming (including Etsy and Ebay) there are embroidered items that feature College names or logos and Sorority/Fraternity letters. Did you people know this is illegal if you are not licensed by those organizations? Did you know that you are hurting those of us who actually went thru the painstaking process to get licensed and paid all the fees? Did you know you are hurting the organizations them selves by creating merchandise that they ahve no control or input in? Each organization has rules about what you can and cannot sell, embroider, etc. They protect their images with everything they have and if it was ok for everyone to just do whatever they pleased who knows what would happen!

I hope you realize that IF (should be WHEN) you get caught the fines are astronimcal! For major universities it can be thousands of dollars. It also is my responsibilty as a licensed vendor to turn you in! Yep, I am supposed to, according to my contract, to turn you in. Do you realize that if I started doing that I would spend ALL my time doing that. That is how many illegal vendors there are out there!

So to end my RANT, please do two things for me....don't buy from unlicensed vendors! Make sure they have the appropriate logo showing their accredidation to that organization and if you are an illegal vendor...STOP MAKING THESE PRODUCTS OR GET LICENSED! Saying "I didn't know I had to be licensed" does not excuse you from the penalties when they catch you. Oh and they audit your books worse than the IRS. They will get all their money from you!

Feeling alittle better!

Introducing Mini Tahoe #1.....

Tonight Mini Tahoe #1 mentioned he had made some videos with the camera. My thoughts? I didn't know the camera did that, but after he went to bed I downloaded them to my computer.

And now for your viewing pleasure......

Now, I am not real pleased with what he singing about but I am impressed that he wrote his own lyrics. I think all little boys think that stuff is funny..

Lucky for you there are 6 more videos for you to see! I will add them one at a time and they will keep you in stitches! Pinky Swear!

He needs an agent, anyone wanna pick him up as a client?
I'll be the "Momager", cause he owes me atleast 10% for putting up with him!

PS...sorry about the nose picking thing....

Cake Walk...

So after a very long day, Titan Boy comes home and says...

"If you start making three times what you make now, I will stay home with the kids full time. It will be a cake walk compared to the way it is now...you know, working full time, taking care of the kids and the house. It would be so much easier!"

Would you like to know what I did today that he thinks would be "so much easier"???

It all starts at 8:30am... leave house to go by #1's school to drop something off, while there he comes into the office needing something for his raging poison ivy, leave school with him in tow...head to #3's school to drop him off but have to drop stuff at a friends on the way, she hooks me up with benadryl for poison ivy boy and we head to preschool, drop #3 at school (late of course) and head to drop #1 at my mom's so I can try and get a little work done, after calling her 5 times I wake her up (we also rang the doorbell like 30 times and it was 9:35ish) drop #1 and run to work, pull into parking lot at work and Titan Boy calls me to tell me #2's school called and she doesn't feel good and is laying down til I get there, head to her school pick her up, realize #3's school is across the street and by the time I pick up #1 from my mom and head home with two sick kids it will be time to pick him, so i swing back thru his school and pick him up an hour after i drop him off, run back to my moms and determine in route that poison ivy is serious when its close to your eye so call the pediatrician, they can see us in 20 mins, throw all 3 kids in the car and head to the dr, see dr, get meds, head to pharmacy, head to a drive thru, finally go home...its only 12:10pm

But that is soo much easier! Sounds like a cake walk to me!

Thank the lord that the nanny comes back tomorrow so I can get some work done! What was I thinking cutting her back to three days a week? Oh yeah, it's much cheaper, but how much is my sanity worth?

Still working well after midnight!

Spring Break????

It wouldn't be a week in April in Georgia if we didn't experience...

Freezing Rain and Snow, 80 degree scorches and Possible Tornadoes!

Yep, all in one week! Gotta love the south.

Going to get Uncle Henry, Auntie Em and Toto and head for the storm cellar. See ya tomorrow, Over the Rainbow!

Saved Again...

Not sure what is funnier...

Titan Boy out in the backyard wearing a surgical mask to protect him from the massive amounts of pollen we are currently dealing with...

or...

Watching Mini #1 save him from the 12 inch snake that jumped out of the grass....

I wish I had the video camera ready so you could witness the hysterics for yourself, an 8 year old weilding a shovel to hack up and remove a 12 inch snake from our backyard while Titan Boy stands way far back dancing around with the heebeejeebees...

(I of course was not anywhere near that little snake either)

Too Funny, remind me to tell you the story of the "dead" bunny later...it will make you pee in your pants!
